NOVA Check is a short self-assessment tool designed to help business owners and managers look at how their business runs from a fresh perspective. Your answers are not sent to our server. NOVA Check is not a definitive business diagnosis; it is a first assessment that helps you notice areas for development.

The free preliminary analysis is an introductory review designed to understand your business’s current situation, priority needs and growth goals. An objective outside perspective can bring to light issues that have come to feel normal inside the business, along with opportunities that have gone unnoticed. It does not replace a full business assessment or a detailed consulting report; its purpose is to make an initial evaluation of your needs and identify the right next step.

Once we receive your application, we review the information you shared and contact you through the method you selected on the form: phone, WhatsApp or email. Our first step is always to listen. We focus on understanding your business’s goals, expectations and the challenges it faces. After that conversation, we agree together on the next step that best fits your needs.

The length of an engagement depends on your business’s needs and the scope of the work. Focused support in a single area calls for a different timeline than a development process spanning several areas. So rather than quoting a fixed duration in advance, we prepare a development roadmap after the preliminary analysis, tailored to your real needs, resources and goals, and the timeline becomes clear along with that roadmap.

NOVA does not offer ready-made packages. Because every business has different needs, goals and resources, pricing is based on the scope of the work. Once we have reviewed your needs and priorities together in the preliminary analysis, we prepare a proposal tailored to your business with a clearly defined scope. That is why we recommend applying for the free preliminary analysis as a first step.

Our recommendations do not stay on paper. NOVA does not just identify problems; we also plan how the solutions will be put into practice. We support implementation through training, consulting, process improvement and innovative solutions. Yes. NOVA Academy training can be planned as a corporate program built around your needs. The aim is to develop your employees’ professional skills and create a working culture aligned with your business goals. Topics such as sales and persuasion techniques, professional customer communication, service quality, complaint management and teamwork are shaped around your organization. Learning can be supported with custom digital content, videos, practical exercises and assessment tests.

Yes. NOVA Academy training can be planned as either an individual or a corporate program, depending on your needs. If you work in sales independently, you can build your skills in areas such as sales psychology, effective communication, handling objections and closing.
